CEREMONY

03

UNPLUGGED

Enough said. This has become very much the norm, but always a good reminder as it makes such a big impact to the day - Brides Magazine have a great article on this: https://www.brides.com/story/no-cell-phone-rule-at-weddings-etiquette

CEREMONY EXIT

The confetti shot is usually one of the most fun photos taken on your wedding day. Make sure to check with your venue first, as they generally have requirements that it’s biodegradable, etc. Either have the confetti cones laid on chair or have someone hand it out as you sign the marriage certificate. Once you have walked down the aisle, make sure your bridal party and parents know to follow you down to congratulate you, or it can be a little awkward. We like to leave some time here (20-30min) for a “receiving line”, essentially this is an opportunity to greet, most if not all of your guests.

GROUP PHOTO

Ask the celebrant to let everyone know at the end of the ceremony that there will be a group photo so to stick around after they have congratulated the two of you.
