LIGHTING

Lighting and styling are key for gorgeous looking receptions. You want to be able to dim the lights for eating and mingling with family and friends then be able to turn up the lights enough for speeches and your first dance, this is something to keep in mind but rest assured we do have professional lighting that we use if extra lighting is needed in order for us to capture it.

ENTERTAINMENT

If you can manage it, we always recommend to have a DJ or live band/musician. A true DJ knows how to work the crowd, timing is everything when people are involved and the same goes for a live performance. If you are in need of some suggestions, please see our recommended vendors list below.

SPEECHES

Please make sure your first speech is at least 15min after entrance to make sure we have time to set up our audio, tripods and lighting.

*Vendor meals - Meal service can take up to 30 minutes from bridal party to final meal, some venues then serve vendor meals after this, as you can appreciate this would then leave 5-10 minutes for us to eat before speeches begin. We would much prefer to be capturing moments of your speeches than of meals being served, so we recommend asking your venue if they can instead serve vendor meals straight after the bridal party, so we can eat during meal service and be back at it for your speeches!
